He arrived promptly, and was very courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem, went to pick up the part we needed, and came back and installed the part in just one hour. Jake came out to fix my dryer that was not heating and he got it up and running the same day. He also fixed my freezer that was acting up. It ended up being the fan that stoped working. Awesome! Our refrigerator freezer quit and we were at the mercy of recommendations. We were given Jake's name who upon calling came and looked at freezer promptly. He got it working for us and then came back with the part. He had given us a quote but came and did the work and actual bill was less than quote.
